Hygiene 1 -Washing Hands

(A) Wet your hands with water and apply soap.

(B) Wash your palms and make lots of bubbles.

(C) Wash in between your fingers.

(D) Wash your fingertips and under nails carefully.

(E) Wash all the way to the base of your hands.

(F) Wash your thumb by twisting your other hand around your thumb.

(G) Wash your wrists.

(H) Rinse off dirt and soap with clean water.

(I) Dry your hands.
