Question:

How can we wash a menstrual cup?

(Last edited: Saturday, 24 February 2024, 1:02 PM)
Answer:
Rinse with cold water and then wash with warm water and mild soap. You can use specially formulated Cup Cleanser to make it squeaky clean. If you're not at home, you can use handy alcohol Cup Wipes for fast and easy cleaning. In addition, boil your cup for 5 to 10 minutes between each menstrual cycle
