Question:

How do we boil a menstrual cup?

(Last edited: Saturday, 24 February 2024, 1:02 PM)
Answer:
After you've washed both your hands and cup, boil the cup in water for 20 minutes before first usage. Make sure that there is enough water so that the cup does not burn on the bottom and it can float. You have to boil your cup for 5 to 10 minutes between each menstrual cycle to keep it fresh and clean.
