Question:

How should we remove tampons and menstrual cups?

(Last edited: Saturday, 24 February 2024, 1:02 PM)
Answer:
How to remove the tampon 1.Wash your hands before and after you remove a tampon. 2.When you are ready to remove the tampon, hold the string and gently pull it downward until the entire tampon is out. How to remove the cup 1.Begin by washing your hands well with soap and water. 2.By squatting and bearing down like you're having a bowel movement, be applying pressure and in the correct position. 3.While in the squatting position, pinch the bottom of the cup (to release suction) and pull downwards, making sure you continue to pinch the cups base to prevent any blood from spilling out. 4.Once the cup is out, pour the blood into the toilet. 5.Next, wash your cup well with soap and water, before reinserting it or storing it. 6.Once you are completely finished, be sure to wash your hands again with soap and water.
